Trish joined the Wellington office of Rawlinsons in 2011 bringing experience from Wellington, London and Republic of Ireland.

She has been involved in Quantity Surveying for over 30 years during which time her experience has included civil projects, commercial, education and hospital developments, as well as 5 star residential and hotel fitouts, estimating for many projects throughout New Zealand including seismic upgrades, Civic Projects and retirement complexes.

Trish specialises in and is an enthusiastic champion of sustainability and energy conservation and is qualified by NZGBC in both the commercial Greenstar accredited professional and the residential Homestar Practitioner and Assessor categories.
