Rodney joined Rawlinsons in 1991, with experience from a Christchurch based professional quantity surveying office.

He is a long-standing and highly valued member of our team having a solid technical background and can always be relied upon with his methodical and thorough approach, backed up with technical skills and a self motivation to leave no stone unturned. He is our scheduling team leader and in-house expert with our CAD compatible digital measurement software.

Rodney has performed estimating, scheduling and post contract duties on numerous commercial projects, both nationally and internationally.

He has specific experience with civil infrastructure projects, including Christchurch International Airport landside civil works. Rod has recently been involved with ‘The Piano’ – Centre for Music and the Arts, and the South Frame – Public Realm project for Ōtākaro.
