Nick joined the Rawlinsons Christchurch office in 1994, following quantity surveying experience in the UK.

Nick has been associated with a variety of big-budget, landmark buildings and developments in Christchurch as project quantity surveyor including the AMI Lancaster Park Stadium, Horncastle Arena, Pegasus Town and the Isaac Theatre Royal Redevelopment. His work has involved full-time contract administration and every aspect of cost and budget advice.

Nick has particular skills in Peer Review and Due Diligence reporting and he leads our Bank Reporting Services Team – to date having completed in excess of $750M of project fund monitoring and time/cost reporting to all major bank funders. Nick possesses the attention to detail, market knowledge and crucially the long-standing experience of reviewing documentation and an eye for critical analysis of time and cost progress aspects of a project. He adds value to the process with his clear and concise communication style.
