Neil is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor specialising in Estimating, Tender Preparation and Analysis. He has a background working for Main Contractors in New Zealand – Hawkins, Fletcher Construction, LT McGuiness and set up an estimating department in a major Auckland Retirement Village development since his arrival in NZ from the UK in 2013.

Neil is an authoritative and reliable QS and Estimator with strong transferable experience setting and monitoring budgets, reviewing cost to complete, cash flow forecasting, progress claims and variations, financial reporting and systems work. He possesses excellent financial literacy, proven communication and relationship skills able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from executives to programmers, engineers and design teams.
