A 400 MW Combined Cycle (Gas and Steam) Power Station in the remote location of Northern Chile. Rawlinsons provided full QS services on this project including a full provisional bill of quantities using the Client’s own method of measurement (WR3) which they use worldwide. The project also included 300/200m water intake/outtake structures which were built onto the ocean floor along with a 10m high sacrificial rock wall on the coastline. This project on the back of the first GT26 project at Stratford Taranaki led to many other successful projects in Canada, Spain and Australia.

Securing the right resources at the right time for the best price is key to delivering projects on time and within budget.
