The Life Health Foods manufacturing redevelopment involved a staged upgrade of an existing food production facility in Auckland, including new temperature-controlled storage and warehousing to support growing production requirements.
The project integrated a new cool store and warehouse facility, comprising a 770m² cold store, refrigeration systems, insulated wall and roof panels, temperature-control infrastructure, and associated service upgrades. Additional stages expanded food manufacturing capacity, warehousing facilities and support infrastructure, with works carefully delivered within an operational manufacturing environment.
The redevelopment required careful coordination between food production operations, temperature-controlled construction and specialist building services. Works were staged to minimise disruption to ongoing manufacturing activities while supporting increased storage, processing and distribution capacity.
