Daikin Industrial Warehouse & Offices.

The Daikin NZ Distribution Centre was developed on Aruhe Road in Christchurch to support the continued growth of Daikin. The project delivered a purpose-built industrial facility incorporating warehouse, distribution and office accommodation within a single integrated building. 

The facility was designed to strengthen Daikin’s South Island operations by providing modern warehousing and workplace environments that support storage, logistics and business functions. 

Rawlinsons was engaged during the delivery phase of the project and provided Independent Certifier and Quantity Surveying services throughout construction.
