From 1 July 2025, you will notice a slightly different Rawlinsons look and feel as we launch a refreshed brand. This includes vibrant new colours, a new logo and tagline to represent our brand promise, and a new tone of voice throughout our material.
For over 40 years the Rawlinsons brand has been a major asset for us and we believe in investing in its care, relevance and longevity. It’s important to us that it truly represents the uniqueness of what our company and its team offers – not just market intelligence, local knowledge and technical know-how, but people who partner with you through every stage of your project.
Our new logo design features a shield within a circular form, symbolising the security we bring through our work. It represents how our purpose, vision and values come together to form a unified guardianship of responsibility, care and protection for the needs of our clients, the potential of their projects and our colleagues within the wider industry.
We summarise this as ‘Guardianship in Construction’.
Fresher photos on our website have our people front and centre, because that is the way we like to engage with clients, other professionals and each other.
We’ve endeavoured to simplify our language, making our services and expertise more accessible to our industry partners who need commercial risk mitigation and construction cost guidance.
Our refreshed look and feel is rolling out on our website and through all collateral, including reports, tender documents and stationery. It’s a change which we think more clearly represents our approach to guiding clients, our industry partners and their projects through the complexity of design, procurement and construction with seasoned and candid commercial advice.
What is not changing is what we do or how we do it. The expertise in core services of quantity surveying, cost management and commercial advisory services, our in-depth market knowledge and the specialist support you expect from Rawlinsons hasn’t altered one bit.
