Christ’s College Sports Facility Complex

Rawlinsons are the lead Cost Managers on the Christ’s College Sports Facility Complex, we are working alongside the Project Team and Christ’s College with contract management services and cost monitoring.

This project is comprising of 2580m2 two level steel portal framed gymnasium with pre decorative precast concrete panels and glazed south elevation.

Within the facility is a 1400m2 Sports Hall, Strength and Conditioning room, Multi-purpose room which can hold up to 40 sports machines, two Classroom Spaces and Meeting Space with associated changing facilities, amenities and storage facilities.
