David has detailed knowledge of the New Zealand and international Hotel sectors and was involved in delivering NZ’s most prestigious 5-star hotel development. David also has extensive experience in delivering fast track education, commercial, residential, retail and airport projects in NZ and UK.

David currently is a Director at Rawlinsons, having previously held the position of Associate Director at a large QS practice in Auckland and DTZ. David was also a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle. David and his NZ team deliver traditional pre and post QS services.

David was Client Representative (QS Fund Monitoring) for Scentre Group/GIC Westfield Shopping Mall Newmarket. David also providing traditional Bank Funding Reporting services for 4 high-quality residential developments in London and Surrey borders UK.
