Patrick has been part of our Wellington office since 2003, becoming Regional Manager in 2015, and one of our Directors in July 2022.

Patrick oversees all of our Wellington based projects. Having been lead quantity surveyor for several major public facilities projects, as well as government, office and residential projects, he brings a comprehensive and practical understanding of the construction industry as a whole.

Patrick specialises in initial estimating and cost planning phases of projects. He also regularly undertakes the internal peer reviews throughout project lifecycles that are integral to Rawlinsons’ high Quality Assurance standards.
