Mohammed is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a solid technical background joining the Rawlinsons Christchurch team in 2014. He has earned the respect of both his peers and clients in all civil, infrastructure and commercial projects that he has been involved with.

This experience includes currently leading the Construction Cost Management phases on the Christchurch Convention Centre, other highlights are the $212m Central Plains Irrigation Stage 2, $87m Amuri Irrigation Scheme and numerous Irrigation project estimating and peer reviews together with previous 7 years international experience in Singapore particularly with the iconic $650m Pasir Panang Container Terminal and $350m Singapore International Cruise Liner Terminal.

This experience has given Mo in depth and practical cost management skills as well as a risk management focussed approach, detailed design knowledge, practical skills in design drafting, site supervision and quality management systems. His civil engineering and ongoing master of construction management qualification also gives Mo unique abilities to scrutinise and interrogate design and structural assumptions in value management exercises.
